Staff Training

The package includes the training of the staff of Health Care businesses on Food Hygiene and Safety issues, as provided by the current legislation (Y.A.14708/10-08-2007/FEK 1616/B/17-08-2007). The training of the staff is carried out using audiovisual material, on issues of Food Hygiene and Safety in accordance with the specifications of the Hellenic Food Safety Authority and the new HEALTH LEGISLATION YD Y1γ/GP/96967/2012 to obtain the Hellenic Food Safety Authority's Staff Training Certificate.
